- Mix the 50g Flavorista Peri Peri Marinade Premix together with 25ml oil and 30ml water then mix thoroughly until it becomes a paste.
- Coat the 500g chicken with the paste then marinate it 30 minutes to overnight.
- In the oven, bake the chicken for 180C in 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
