How do you ship my orders?

Your order would either be shipped by the supplier itself or though some of the logistic delivery services that we have enlisted from several delivery service entities.

How can I place an order on Good2retail?

First, you have to choose your favourite product and add it to the cart or buy now. Therefore, you will see the pages of checkout once you press the checkout inside the cart. Once you see the checkout pages, fill in the information, or verified the information you have and go for Placing Order. Then, you will redirect to payment pages and upload your payment then your step is done.

Am I eligible for free delivery?

Each supplier has its own standard for minimum order to offer free delivery service. You will be eligible for free delivery as long as you fulfil the minimum order requirement.

At the moment, Good2retail is only serving the whole west Malaysia. It is also depending on availabilities of different suppliers can offer to.

No, this is because B2B market is stand for Business to Business which only allow dealing between business partners instead of an individual process. We are welcoming any person with holding a business license or freelancer.

How can I sign up my business to be a supplier of Good2retail?

To become a supplier, please click “Supplier Registration” at the top right of your screen. You will be required to create an account on good2retail.com or login using an existing Good2retail account. Next, you will need to submit your business details, delivery address, and upload your business paperwork (Form 9, 24, and 48), and ID proof. After successful verification of your business credentials, you will then be able to sign-in and start sourcing items on Good2retail.com.
